Sorbets with an unexpected tastes of your favorite cocktails at White Rabbit
This summer the White Rabbit restaurant decided to exceed the guests’ expectations and surprise them with the new format of serving. Chef bartender Alexander Zhivaikin experimented and presented four types of delicate sorbets with the unexpected original tastes of the favorite cocktails of the White Rabbit guests.
The flavour of the natural ingredients in sorbets is even brighter!The classic peach “Bellini” in sorbet is more saturated and juicy, “Antonovka Gimlet” perfectly refreshes and tones up, “Aperol Spritz” gives an orange flavor, and “Rossini” shows strawberry sweetness.
Now you do not have to choose between cocktail and dessert, because you can try both at once!
Sorbets are available in White Rabbit since May 18th.
