Brunch - a tasty meal
Special menu from Chef Vladimir Mukhin. It brings together the chief author sets for adults and children.
The theme for the main menu are seasonal products. Two sets are presented in the brunch menu consist of appetizers, hot and dessert. All of the dishes — to choose from. In the first set collected delicious and unusual dishes with truffles. Special truffle set from Vladimir Mukhin created for gourmets: terrine of goose livers with truffle, quail with pomegranate seeds, black truffle and roasted guinea fowl egg or egg cooked at low temperature, with black couscous. It sounds like a song!
Second Set — Russian-European fusion. In which combined the traditional Russian foods and European specialties in the author's reading of Vladimir Mukhin. Russian salad with warm quail, roasted foie gras with Yalta onion and pickled apples, sterlet soup with burbot, milk and pie, trout, poached in champagne. And over the same signature dish — soup with fried carp, sour cream and chips out of a turnip.
The theme for the children's menu, children's characters are funny cartoons and video games. And the names of the dishes reflect the amazingly bright and so unlike the adult world. Little gourmets able to taste colorful salad «Glade» paste «Balaneze» and ravioli stuffed with veal, chicken soup with makaroshkami, a variety of cakes, and more porous ice cream for dessert.
Brunch - a celebration
Every Sunday brunch accompanied by musical entertainment. It offers a unique micromagic finalists from the TV show «Surprise me», and also the wonderful musical hits performed by well-known cover bands.
For children on Sundays at the restaurant organized special workshops on handicrafts, are puppet shows. Children's entertainment program is carried out high class professionals.
