40 chefs from 17 countries and 5 continents on the same day will be swapped. Blind fate chose a restaurant for each of them, where they will hold a dinner THE GRAND GELINAZ! SHUFFLE TWO. Which country and which kitchen is destined for each of them is the secret that SHUFFLE organizers keep until the last moment!

According to SHUFFLE terms, each chief with his new culinary team will prepare a menu of eight courses. Local products are provided by the host restaurant, culture and traditions of the new countries and cities will serve as sources of inspiration. However, the dinner menu, as well as the name of its author, will be known only when the guests take their places at the tables
